Welcome to the Sponsor Activation Portal
With the Sponsorship Activation Portal, sponsors and advertisers can easily submit logo(s), a 75-word organizational description with desired contact information and social media handles, advertising, and names/contact information for those receiving complimentary registrations.
Here are instructions for using the portal. You will need an ASTMH account to activate your sponsorship. If you don’t have an account, you can set one up easily here. If you do not have your login information handy, contact Chelsea Taylor.
This page will step you through the collection process. Here are the steps you will be completing.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Upload your logo:
> Upload the logo from your computer, click Save and Close
> Logo format: Vector artwork -- .AI or .EPS, PDF, High-res JPG or PNG
3. Complete the organizational information for your listing in Digital Program Book’s Sponsor, Exhibitor and Advertiser Directory. The information we will be collecting:
> Name of organization
> Contact person, if any
> Contact email address and phone
> Organization description (75 word maximum)
> Website URL
> Social media (Twitter handle, LinkedIn page, Facebook page)
4. Provide your advertisement (if any).
5. Does your sponsorship include complimentary registrations?
